Online Seller Policy
All new retail applicants must be able to prove they have a legitimate brick and mortar storefront and/or an independent e-commerce site.
Vendors must be approved to sell online.
Wholesale Opening Order and Reorder Information
There is a $200 minimum for orders.
All orders must be submitted with a valid email, phone number a bill to/ship to address.
Orders submitted by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the following business day.
Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders received over the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders are processed and shipped from Forest, VA.
Payment Policies
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and Paypal Express (for online orders only).

Net 30 accounts must pay by check and will be charged a $25 fee for any returned checks.
Net 30 accounts agree to pay a 3% interest per month on all overdue balances based on the date goods are received.
Cancellation Policy
For canceled orders already in production, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Backorders will automatically ship when product is available. Backorders of less than $60 will be canceled.
Return Authorization Number
Examine all items upon arrival. If any are defective, or you are unsatisfied please call Top It Off within 14 days.
If it is beyond the 14 day window, you are not guaranteed a replacement or refund.
You must be issued a return authorization number. No items will be accepted without one.
