All new retail applicants must be able to prove they have a legitimate brick and mortar storefront and/or an independent e-commerce site.

Vendor must be approved to sell online.

There is a $200 minimum for opening orders.

There is a $100 minimum for reorders.

All orders must be submitted with a valid email, phone number an bill to/ship to address.

Orders submitted by 1 PM EST will ship the following day.

Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Orders are processed and shipped from Forest, VA.

We accept visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex.

Net 30 accounts must pay by check and will be charged a $24 fee for any returned checks.

Net 30 accounts agree to pay a 3% interest per month on all overdue balances based on the date good are received.

For canceled orders already in production, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Backorders will automatically ship when product is available. Backorders of less than $60 will be canceled.

Examine all items upon arrival. If any are defective, or you are unsatisfied please call Top It Off within 14 days.

If it is beyond the 14 day window, you are not guaranteed a replacement or refund.

You must be issued a return authorization number. No items will be accepted without one.
