Charging Your Credit Card

We will charge your credit card based on your requested ship date and product availability. Once your credit card is charged, orders ship out within 1-3 business days. If the item is a pre-order, your card will be charged based on when the item is in stock and and your requested ship date.

Shipping In The United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship via the UPS or USPS. Please provide a USPS recognized shipping address for your orders.

Orders received before 2pm, typically ship the following 1-2 business days, unless an item is not currently in stock. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping Rates

Top it Off offers the most competitive shipping rates in the industry. Shipping rates are typically 5-10% depending on product weight and volume. 

Returns

At Top It Off we strive to provide high quality products for our customers, as well as TOP notch customer service.  Please review your order as soon as you receive it.  If you think you received any incorrect or defective items, please fill out the Return Request page within 14 days of receipt. If it is beyond the 14-day window, you are not guaranteed a replacement or refund. You must be issued a return authorization number (RA number). Not items will be accepted without one. 

 RETURN POLICY:

• All returns need to be pre-authorized by Top It Off with a Return Authorization number. 
• Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached.
• All returns must be reported within 14 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.
• Refunds are only issued in the original form of payment.

RETURN PROCESS

1) Contact Top it Off at info@TopItOffAccessories.com or by calling 617.323.2605 x1 for a Return Authorization Number. 

2) Place your return label and write the RA number on the outside of the box.

3) Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card or issue a credit memo (Net terms).

4) Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  Once the refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

If you qualify for or have questions about returns, please fill out and submit the contact information on the Return Request page. While filling out the contact page, please include your Order Number and the Style Number(s) of the item(s) you would like to return for faster processing.
